* Warranty Details: Unit must be installed by a licensed HVAC (Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning) company to be eligible for in-house Warranty. If you receive a damaged or defective product AmcorAire will replace it with another brand new unit Free of cost. Damaged/Defective product will be picked up and a brand new exchange will be shipped once notified. Once a non defective unit is installed by a HVAC company, chances of anything going wrong with such unit is very slim. But worst case scenario, if you still come across any issues, consumer can call the company that installed the unit (usually they will cover this FREE as it falls under installation warranty). If it was determined that the unit is not functioning due to a defect and needs to be replaced , AMCOR will send the part free of charge. After installation warranty ends, Amcor will also pay for the labor to replace the part for up to a year from the date of purchase. Amcor will use a flat rate chart for labor fee payment by checking the rates for these types of repairs. If the compressor is defective, Amcor will send a BRAND NEW replacement. If the indoor unit is defective Amcor will send a BRAND NEW indoor unit free of cost.
