Thermospace Inc is dedicated to providing you with a compelling service to help you make the most of your time on the Internet. The more we know about you, the better we can serve your needs. We recognize that we need to earn your trust, and firmly believe that you should know exactly what personally identifying information we collect and how we're going to use it before you share it with us.

BASIC STATEMENT
Personally identifying information that you provide to Thermospace Inc will not be made available to third parties outside of Thermospace Inc without your explicit permission.

WHAT IS "PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION"?
"Personally identifying information" is information that can be explicitly used to identify and/or contact you as an individual. This includes information like your real name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card number, etc.

On occasion, Thermospace Inc may ask you for personal information such as your name or address. We do this when you make purchases. Thermospace Inc needs to collect this information for tracking/verifying compliance with Thermospace Inc policies. It may also be needed for purposes of compliance with federal, provincial and local laws and/or for editorial and feedback solicitation purposes. When we intend to use your personal information, we tell you up front. This way you can decide whether you want to give us the information or not. Thermospace Inc collects personally identifying information about you only when you specifically and knowingly provide it to us. Personally identifying information which you choose to provide to another party or Web site will be subject to their privacy policy. For example, if you purchase goods or services online from a merchant you found while searching Thermospace Inc, information you provide to that website is subject to their privacy policy rather than ours.

Terms & Conditions:

Our inventory ships directly from the Manufacturer or warehouse locations in Factory Sealed Condition.  If a unit arrives damaged or does not function properly, we will gladly work with our reps to issue an exchange (at no cost to you) or submit a repair call to get the unit operational.  However, our general stated policy is that we can not and will not accept money back returns (exceptions may apply).  If you are unsure about whether or not the unit will be right for you, please do not purchase.  If unit has not shipped out yet, we will gladly cancel your order and return payment in full. Once the parcel is registered, interception fee's may apply.  If you are adament on a return, please contact us to request an RA.  If an RA is granted, please see below for our return conditions.

Return Conditions  (if Granted):

- Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original manufacturer packaging, with all accessories, kit components, promotional items and instruction manuals included.  For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage.

- Items that have been used by the customer or items that have been damaged by use cannot be returned to us. We also cannot accept returns on orders where a promotional item has not been returned with the order. These ‘extras’ must be included with your return to qualify for a full refund.  When repacking an item for return, please be sure to include all the free and promotional items that came with your order as well as all applicable accessories and literature. Generally, as a “rule-of-thumb" you should return the items to us the same way we sent them to you - in the same condition and with all the original contents.

- Apart from applicable restocking fee's, shipping charges will not be credited upon return.  Many of our items are listed with flat rate shipping and are generally understated.  In other words, the shipping charge that was added according to shopping cart could in-fact be much less than the amount it cost us to ship unit out.  Shipping for portable AC's is generally $70-$95 per unit depending on weight/dimensions of portable AC and distance from warehouse to delivery location.  Mini split AC's are $160 - $250/per unit.  Shipping and handling for Air Coolers is $30-35/per unit. This shipping fee will be deducted from the refund if you decide to return, even if the product was sold with FREE shipping promotion

Restocking Fees:

No restocking fee will apply for returns of unopened, unused, and untested items returned within 21 days of item receipt (delivery). This means that an item must be in re-sellable as new condition.  We reserve the right to refuse to issue credit for any item that has been used, misused, damaged or returned past deadline.  We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 30% on returns of opened, used, damaged products.  Additional fees may apply if the item is not returned in its original packaging.
