| BASIC OVERVIEW: The indoor unit is hung like a picture frame approximately 6 - 8 feet above the floor usually on an exterior wall. A 2-3 inch hole must be made behind the indoor unit in the exterior wall to run the refrigerant copper tubing, electrical wires and the condensate drain to the outside unit. The indoor unit and outdoor unit are connected to each other by means of refrigerant copper tubing and electrical cables. The condensing unit comes pre-charged with R410A Freon however, the lines still need to be vacuumed to evacuate the excess Nitrogen prior to the final coupling for operation. *Although the installation may seem easy to some, certain tools and experience is necessary to complete installation of a mini split* A certified HVAC technician must conduct / complete the installation to be eligible for the warranty. | Details: Unit must be installed by a licensed HVAC (Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning) company to be eligible for in-house Warranty. If you receive a damaged or defective product, a replacement unit will be sent out Free of cost. Damaged/Defective product will be picked up and a brand new exchange will be shipped once notified. Once a non defective unit is installed by a HVAC company, chances of anything going wrong with such unit is very slim. But worst case scenario, if you still come across any issues, consumer can call the company that installed the unit (usually they will cover this FREE as it falls under installation warranty). If it was determined that the unit is not functioning due to a defect and needs to be replaced , the part will be sent free of charge. If the compressor is defective, a BRAND NEW replacement will be shipped out. If the indoor unit is defective a BRAND NEW indoor unit will be sent out free of cost. After installation warranty ends, we will also pay for the labor to replace the part for up to a year from the date of purchase. Our Mini Split units ship via ESTES EXPRESS or similar on-truck freight service and are divided between 3 parcels per system. These larger units take 1-2 days to process and get into transit. Depending on where you are geographically located, transit time is usually between 4 and 7 business days. Please provide a contact phone# upon checkout where recipient of order can be reached at. SOMEBODY MUST BE ON SITE TO ACCEPT / SIGN FOR PARCEL(S). You will be contacted if nobody is available at delivery location. If nobody can be available to accept package on arrival date, delivery can be re-scheduled through AIT. Only ships to the lower 48 Contiguous United States. |

Adjustable wall hanging bracket kit for the outdoor condensing unit. *NOT INCLUDED*
These brackets allow for easy servicing of the outdoor unit while giving the image of a sophisticated, appealing and professionally installed system. The brackets also allow for your air conditioning system to be installed in more convenient locations and at various heights were a traditional installation may not be an option or may be difficult. These brackets may be used for all 3/4 ton - 2 ton mini split installations. The kit is made from 16 gauge steel known for resisting bullets at up to 200 miles per hour.
